Tx The rule is you are in violation if you: have 10 or more days or parts of days with unexcused absences within 6 months or 3 or more days or parts of days with unexcused absences within a 4 wk period. A complaint may be filed against the student, the parent or both in a county, justice or municipal court for an offense under section 25.093 or 25.094.
