Perhaps the county vo-tech school has such a program. Please steer clear of those private $$ schools as one can be stuck paying back loans for years while trying to establish their clientele. Just an fyi that it may take a person a couple of years before he or she 'makes a book' of regular customers to possibly make decent money.
