For the Texas high school student who graduate on the MINIMUM (22) amount of state required credits what junior colleges in or around Houston,Texas that would probably allow them into their school? and can they get financial aid?... if they can what those Financial aids called? ***just wondering because my little brother is considering to go Minimum he asked me and had know idea because i graduate in Florida*** -Help please-
